My favorite holiday, after Christmas!  I love May Day, and I love it that I can actually have a “real” May Pole right in my yard.  In Wisconsin on May Day it was often snowing, but here it’s really like the very beginning of summertime.  Also, it’s silly fun getting all my friends to help wind the ribbons in the over-and-under maypole dance.
