A lovely weekend with Mike, Christi and the kids…

Followed by a marvelous cookout: Mom’s back from Romania with a new chimney-cake-pan. It’s not actually a pan; it’s like a wooden rolling pin on a long metal stick and you rotate it slowly over coals to cook the cylyndrical cake… so we did it over the grill. Only it was raining…

Worked out ok though! V. tasty cake, and a little rain never hurt anybody.
