I am determined to send Christmas cards this year, and I am determined to make them.  It’s always so difficult getting everything done before Christmas; everybody gets that holiday stress and then – bam – Christmas is over.  This year, I am celebrating all 12 days of Christmas, which means it’s not over until Jan. 6th.  And I start on the solstice, so it’s actually more like 17 days of Christmas.  So there.  Plenty of time to make cards, cookies, visit, and hit the store sales after the 25th.

Katherine came over to play!  We spent a whole day making Christmas cards.  I had a huge box – really, a huge box – of pretty paper and interesting magazine pictures clipped out and ready for collage.  She had more pretty paper and a whole bin of glitter in every color.  We had lots and lots of glue.

We had lots and lots of fun.
