I am unreasonably excited about this. My brother and sister-in-law gave me the Lord of the Rings movies for my birthday (thank you Mike and Christi!) and I’ve been watching them with Paul. It’s a huge relief to know we’re finally bridging the huge, cavernous gap in our cultural backgrounds (sports vs Tolkein). But seriously, Mike: when the Hobbit movie comes out I will drive my butt to wherever you are even if it’s North Africa so we can see it on opening night.
