The public library is amazing.  The architecture of the building is very modern, and out in front there’s a whole series of granite columns, very “classical” and some actually folly-fallen.  The columns and sidewalk circumferences are covered in graphics of writing from early hieroglyphs to modern text-code.  I loved it.
