Spring (and chocolate)
I’ve occasionally had my first sunburn of the year on Easter,
Spent the afternoon with Rocio, getting caught up and eating way too much really good food.  She introduced me to the Escazu chocolate shop, which is a treasure.  They not only make amazing, perfect chocolates in head-spinning flavors, they also have hot chocolate based on half a dozen historical recipes, from Aztec to medieval Spanish and Renaissance Italy and France.
