Welcome back Paul!

I spent many days plotting and planning a proper New Orleans dinner for Paul’s return home…  but it would have been way too much food, so I made everything miniature.  We had mini-muffalettas, mini catfish po’ boys, a tiny pot of rice & beans, mini rice pudding and fried callas, and a tiny bottle of bourbon.   ;)
