Emily came to stay for a week while Myndi was out of town.  Poor kid was subjected to 6 straight days of non-drama.  (No arguments, no boys, no tears, no trouble.)  We made dinners (including vegetables) and breakfasts (including protein), she babysat for the knitting group, we played board games, we started watching reruns of Dawson’s Creek, and we took a Saturday morning trip to the Pumpkin Festival.

Paul spooked us by hiding in the corn maze, and we went on the hayride twice.
