Paul does audio documentaries.  (I think this is extremely cool.)

A friend of his invited him to come and document an annual charity event at her church – they make and sell quarts of Brunswick Stew (a side specialty  at any decent BBQ place in the South).  Evidently this church’s secret recipe for Brunswick Stew involves cooking it in giant cast iron pots, over open flame, outdoors, all day.

I got to help stir.

The stew was AMAZING.

PS:  I want a 75 gallon cast iron stew pot!  I WANT ONE!
