Catherine passes a milestone in her academic career.
So, the class website for my New Testament class has a “chat room” function, which I always suggest the students use to help each other study for the exams. I give them a study guide, and tell them what to expect for what they’ll have to ID on the exam, and then they talk to each other about it…

This morning, before the final, this was the conversation:

* Rhea Napeek Delete this message (Dec 10, 2009 9:17 AM PST) In Erhman, there’s a definition in the back that is a WHOLE ‘NOTHER definition that has nothing to do with what we learned in class. Sooooo…. hopefully…. it’s not one of the 6 words we can chose to ID. haha.
* Rhea Napeek Delete this message (Dec 10, 2009 9:19 AM PST) On a different note, I just woke up from my nap… and from a terrible dream that Dr. Chin came into my room to tell me that I’m late for the final, and that she’s assigning a last-minute essay about some strange philosophers and what their random theories about the world are. LOL. hahaha. Thought I’d share… cuz I woke up like… whaaat?!?!?!?! LOL.
* Monica Yee Delete this message (Dec 10, 2009 9:20 AM PST) lol
* Rhea Napeek Delete this message (Dec 10, 2009 9:27 AM PST) It was so bad. She said “You have one minute to get to the final. There’s 75 IDS, and 6 Essay parts. Then, I’m assigning an essay about *some random philospher that I don’t know* that’s due after Christmas break.” O_O hahaha..

I feel quietly proud.
